Ten thousand years ago, a terrible war between the two Great Goddesses struck the Floating Cities, forcing the remaining civilizations to flee to the Land Below. War tired and weak, thousands of survivors faded away into the cultures, hiding their wings and putting away their royalty and politics forever.

With the sealing of the Goddess of Destruction, the Land fell into a state of peace, and the people of the Floating City of Kohana could celebrate once more.

But now, ten thousand years later, the majik keeping the seal begins to break, threatening to once again purge the people into a world of blood and death. Will the ancient Princess be able to stop the seal from breaking, or will everyone be destroyed by the Goddess of Destruction?

At LAST!!! After a couple weeks of work, the second chapter the The Black Rose is FINALLY up!!!!

I hope you enjoy this! :D

This chapter features new effects that I have been playing around with for the story to make it a little more impacting. There are also new characters to be introduced. :)

I do apologize for it taking so long, but there was so much to do and so many tweaks to it. >_<  This is the longest installation yet, and I am thinking for future ones I may make them a little shorter.

There will also be a post-chapter video that will be released soon too. I am nearly finished with it.  It isn't too important to the story yet, but is mostly just a cute addition. :)  So feel free to check it out as well when it gets uploaded. ^^

Update Coming Soon and Chapter II PREVIEW!

I am terribly sorry for the lack of updating! I am still working on the second chapter. >_<  The chapter is much longer than the first one, and I have been debating if I should split it into two different parts or not. :-/ 

But not to worry!  It just takes an awfully long time to edit the images, pick out the images, organize them, add music, dialogue and credits and stuff. @_o  But please don't worry! I will have the chapter update soon! :D

The second chapter introduces a whole slew of new characters, and you get to meet the Youkai for the first time. ^_^  So there are plenty of images to get done. ^^

So I really appreciate your patience and please look for it within the next week or so! :D

Note about Chapter I

So everyone, I lied. Editing the video and putting it together took an extremely long period of time, and with everything together the first chapter is actually quite lovely.

So I must apologize and tell you now...

There will be no "edited" version of the first chapter.

If you have a problem with sexual themes, then please know that the scene starts at: 3:35  and ends at: 6:31.  I will say, that the scene itself is cute, but some people may be offended by the content. I completely understand. I will also be posting these times right next to the link to the video and in the video description on youtube.

Also, it may take a couple extra days between video posting and updates.  The chapters are taking up at least 150-300 photos per chapter, and I have to edit each of those images, add dialogue and effects, music, and credits and etc etc. So it does take a while to fully complete a single video. 

I thank you for your patience and please stay tuned for the update on Chapter I, which I should be posting sometime tonight! :D

About Chapter I

Chapter I will be made into two videos: an edited, and an unedited version. I am doing this for the simple reason of...

Adult, sexual themes. 

Yes. Chapter I will feature some adult themes in it so I want to make a video appropriate for young and adult audiences. Both of them WILL be posted here, but I will be limiting where I post the unedited version of it. Most likely places like Controversial Doll and Youtube and here, but Den of Angels will feature the "Safe" video.

So I hereby announce that Chapter I is nearly finished in the "image" phase, and will soon be going through the video compilation phase. ^_^

Chapter I will also introduce a new character!!!! :D

Prologue Part II Finally Complete and Uploaded!!!

Finally sat down and completed the second part to the prologue. :)  Overall, I am quite happy with it, though there are some pieces to it that I am not 100% loving. But those are really just minor. 

I apologize for the difficult to see text in some of the video. :(

First Installations of Black Rose!

The first two installations of Black Rose has been posted up onto Youtube!  Please check out the first of the story!!!

These first posts are very short, and are not story-line format just yet. They are both still in the "prologue"  and "flashback" phase. There is one more that is done this way that will be posted, but then after that we will start to get into REAL storyline. ^_^   

But please do not skip these! They are important to the story!

Project Beginnings

At last! A blog to keep track and log the project!  I think this will make it easier to organize and share the project and thoughts in the long run. :)   I really hope everyone enjoys this as much as I do! 

I will be posting videos, updates, images, previews, projects, artworks, etc here that are strictly for the Black Rose.

*What is that Black Rose???

It was a long novel project of mine that I started several years ago, but I have decided that  I will use my bjds and turn the whole thing into a giant photostory just for fun. ^_^

It is a giant romance/mystery/fantasy story. ^.^ That is all I will say about it here, if you are interested in more, please visit the "Black Rose" page.


*Will I make money from it?

Most certainly NOT. Noooo.  I'm not interested in making any form of currency off this project, it is purely for fun. ^_^  Besides, I use music that I do not own the copyright to, so that would be just wrong. :P

I DO own the characters, plot, storyline, and the dolls, though some of my friends' dolls may appear in the story as well. ^_^
